Description
This position is primarily responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms.
- Follow all house rules, housekeeping procedures, security procedures, safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
- Replace all linen and replenishes all bathroom supplies and room amenities.
- Clean and dust all glass and wood surfaces.
- Clean bathroom fixtures, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and tile.
- Wash floors, vacuum, check under beds, and remove trash.
- Keep attendant’s work area and equipment clean, orderly, and in good working condition.
- Ensure rooms are clean and dirty linens are washed.
- Immediately turns in all Lost-and-Found items to Giftshop/Check-in department. Reports any safety or security concerns to management.
- Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents, stain removal, and operation of various types of cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and shampooers.
- Experience using chemical cleaning agents effectively and safely.
- Notify management of any problems with the condition of furniture and fixtures, no matter how small.
- Able to complete the assigned number of rooms on a daily basis to IdidaRide standards.
- Maintain a professional manner, courteous and friendly to everyone.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must present a positive, friendly attitude toward guests and other co-workers.
- Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents, stain removal, and operation of various types of cleaning equipment, such as shampooers.
- Experience using chemical cleaning agents effectively and safely.
- Basic ability to comprehend English, to be able to communicate and read labels for product safety and emergency instructions.

Description
This position is primarily responsible for taking care of the dogs, harnessing for tours, cleanliness and overall appearance of dog lot.
- Follow all dog care/dog lot protocol, harnessing procedures, safety guidelines, customer service and grooming standards.
- Harness dogs for each tour.
- Helps to stage tour cart with Guide for each tour.
- Must be able to clean dog lot to IdidaRide standards.
- Feeds and replenishes water for all of the dogs.
- Ensures tour lot is presentable for visitors.
- Attends to puppy pen as needed.
- Remove tour shop trash and sweep as needed.
- Reports any safety or problems with the condition of tour equipment, no matter how small.
- Helps unload dog food shipments.
- Able to complete the assigned number of tours on a daily basis to IdidaRide standards.
- Maintain a professional manner, courteous and friendly with everyone.

Description
This position is primarily responsible for the maintenance and overall appearance of tour lot buildings, grounds, cabins, parking and facilities.
- Follow all safety guidelines, and company standards.
- Must be able to maintain grounds appearance to IdidaRide standards.
- Provides regular, routine maintenance on daily basis.
- Effectively and safely completes maintenance projects as assigned.
- Keeps work area and equipment clean, orderly, and in good working condition. Clean as you work.
- Reports any safety concerns to management.
- Knowledge/operation of various types of equipment, such as chainsaws, lawn mowers, weed whackers, etc. Effective and safe operation a must.
- Ability to construct/build projects as assigned.
- Maintain a professional manner, courteous and friendly to everyone.

Description
This position is primarily responsible for the duties of photographer, helicopter tour assistant, assist in camp needs and other duties as assigned.
- Follow all safety/operational guidelines, and personal grooming standards to meet company standards.
- Must be able to photograph clients to capture once in a lifetime tour photos.
- Capture engaging photos with little enhancement.
- Manage photos for 6 tours per day, 7 days a week.
- Store and backup data on a daily basis.
- Upload photos to PicThrive for online sales.
- Achieve sales goals through interaction with clients.
- Operate a DSLR camera in varying light/weather conditions on a glacier.
- Maintain camera/laptop equipment in operating condition.
- Work 4 days on/3 days off or some combination.
- Stay overnight on a glacier in Quonset huts while on duty.
- Able to occasionally operate a snow-machine.
- Able to complete the assigned photos on a daily basis to IdidaRide standards.
- Maintain a professional manner, courteous and friendly to everyone.
- Work throughout the camp to meet daily needs.
