How far are you from downtown Seward?
We are about 5 minutes from the small boat harbor and 10 minutes from downtown Seward.

What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4 p.m. If you need to check in earlier, please let us know at the time of booking.

Do you offer late night check-in?
Yes. Check in as late as you’d like. It doesn’t get dark in the summer, make full use of your days!
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 11 a.m.

Do you have a late check-out option?
Late check-out is by availability only.

We will be driving an RV/truck with boat trailer. Will there be ample parking?
We have a big drive-way with a turnaround. You should have no problem driving a boat or RV down it.

Do you provide a shuttle into town?
We only have a shuttle into town a few times a day, and it’s not scheduled. Our cabins work best if you have your own transportation.

Do your cabins have electricity and running water?
Our cabins have electricity, electric heat, and unlimited hot water. Each cabin has its own unique hand-tiled bathroom. Our cabins offer every amenity of home while in a quiet woodland setting.

Do you offer a discount on the Seward Summer Dog Sled Ride or the Real Alaska Tour if we stay in your cabins?
We offer a 10% discount for either tour, please send us an email if booking online to add the discount.

Can you drive up to the cabins?
Each cabin has it’s own individual driveway allowing you to park as close as needed.

Will we see wildlife if we stay in your cabins?
Although we cannot guarantee that you will see wildlife, our guests often report that they’ve seen a bear, moose or one of the neighborhood bunnies. If you do, please act appropriately.

• $15 night non-refundable deposit to reserve. Balance is due and becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to check-in date.
